Moving from an Eastern Washington town of approximately 50,000 to the metropolis of Seattle was one of the biggest transitions of my life. I honestly felt like a “just a number” on campus until I found my university home at the Sigma Nu Fraternity. It was there that I found and developed life long friendships and started developing life skills that would put me on the path to who I am today.

After graduating from the University of Washington with a BS in Mathematics/Numerical Analysis, the quest for a career track began. After spending the first 6 years of my professional working life as a software developer, I soon realized that I needed a less structured life and a strong desire to be around more people. Thus the beginning of my real estate career.

Beginning my career at Windermere Real Estate in 1990 was a fantastic start. It was there that I receive very good basic training and then was fortunate to be part of a team where I accumulated 10 years worth of experience in 2 years.

From there, I transitioned to the Lakemont Company where I was part of a team that sold the land to homeowners & builders and aided in the process of custom construction. This was a very fun era where I met many good friends and gained invaluable experience in the field of new and custom construction.

Through acquisition, I ended up at Coldwell Banker Bain. A blessing in disguise. A larger company franchise under single ownership. It was here that my entrepreneurial spirit was let free. Coldwell Banker Bain was the first company that allowed personalized for sale signs and to this day strives to be cutting edge in innovation through the use of technology. The result has allowed me to become one of the top, long tenured brokers in the industry.

The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation is the professional Designation offered by the Council of Residential Specialists. The CRS Designation is the highest professional designation awarded to REALTORS® in the residential sales field. Fewer than 4 percent of all REALTORS® hold the CRS Designation.
